Severe cramping
I have a regular period cycle but this month my period was delayed for a week (we are also planning) but then yesterday I started bleeding and the cramp is severe.. lower back aches, lower abdominal pain, uneasy, slight headache.. is this normal?

If you usually get cramps during menses it is fine... however if not or the pain is severe then better get a sonography done to find out the case for pain
