Severe Heel pain
Severe heel pain, no fracture, no wound. It pains only when I stand or walk. Need immediate help. What should I do.

Get your uric acid checked. It might be high. Reduce weight. Wear comfortable shoes and use heel pads , avoid walking barefoot. Do contrast bath for feet in evening ( alternative hot and cold fomentation ). Increase fluid intake. Visit hospital with uric acid report for further management
