When you see a psychologist first sort all the issues and start working one by one. Concentration problems happen due to lack or sleep and skipping break fast both are biological reasons. Sleep and anxiety are related and they will get resolved nearly together. Depression might triggered due to thoughts that why all this is happening with you. So all of it is interrelated. If you see a psychologist he will help you sort.
