Ive been having fever, and anal small pimples around my ana for like 3 days with a severe pain and itchiness i cant set, stand, walk , sleep comfortably. Its really painful , the pimples are kinda red and white from inside , they’re not too many bur really painful . Can anyone help know what are they?

Maybe it's genital herpes.
Have you been sexually active recently and engaged in unprotected anal sex .
Kindly consult for further care .
And consider using protection (condom ) from now .
