SHIN SPLINTS
I'm 22 male and I'm running heavily since 30 days ( 4kms Morning and 4kms evening ). From the last 10 days I feel like I'm having SHIN SPLINTS. There is a heavy pain in calf muscle and bone. I've stopped running and started jogging and even applying ice pack. The pain has reduced slightly, but still there some pain. I have a race where I have to run for 800meters in 160 seconds in a month. So I need to get back to practice. Can you help me for the early recover from the splints and tell me any diet if required. Thank you.
