I am a 17 year old and I have been experiencing shivering hand since morning and also I lifted some heavy weight

This could be due to stretching of muscles as you lifted something unusually heavy. Kindly give some rest to your hand/arm & can take a mild pain killer like paracetamol if it hurts.

Yeah..probably due to muscle soreness..no need to worry just take necessary proteins.like egg white sprouts and fruits..dont workout without proper guidance
