Side effects of avm surgery

I have got ulcers on finger where AV Malformation surgery took place beneath the dead skin. Please suggest what can be applied and daily care to heal it. I am also on antibiotics. Thankyou.

I recently have done a lower abdomen USG to check the status of my PCOD as I was having trouble in menstrual cycle in previous months.
