Hi Pemphigus is an autoimmune skin disorder. For some reason your own body produces antibodies to the skin causing this chronic skin disorder. There is no complete cure however we can help to induce remission or bring the skin back to looking and functional in a normal state. Steroids are used in the initial condition to help bring the disease under control. After this there are many medicines which can be used to keep it in control. As this condition needs good follow up please contact a dermatologist who can examine you and prescribe the appropriate medicines.
