Sleeping issue
My husband is facing problem in sleep.he gets bad thoughts in sleep happened in entire day even if he is not related to the matter he thinks to large extend about it..eg if someone tells him abt some accident he thinks abt it ,he relates himself to it this happens sometimes in dreams or whenever he is having freetime.due to which he wakes up 3-4 times from sleep at night as his heart beats increases and body starts shivering...all the negative and unnecessary thoughts are affecting him alot.

Your husband is suffering fron Anxiety. It is high time yo consult a psychologist for some counselling sessions to overcome ur husband's problems.For now with Counselling u can also consult a good homoeopathic doctor for medicinal help.Alopathy psychiatrist's medicine is not needed now.

1.he needs rest from his busy schedule. 2.regular yoga or morning work. 3.multivitamin and proper protein supplement. 4.Nutritious diet. 5.8 hours sleep. 6.don not handle too much mobile, laptop ,computer.
