Hello ,
I generally drink black coffee before gym to boost up my energy. It works good for me like for half n hr but after that i start yawning in the gym and feel very tired. I usually get enough sleep and doesnt feel tired even before having black coffee. What can be the possible reason for feeling sleepy at gym? What should I do to stay charged up at my gym session?
