First of all try to eat less fibre and more liquid / semi solid .Giving you sample plan . Pre Breakfast- tea + 2marie biscuit Breakfast - 1 slice veg sandwich/ 1 boiled egg with 1 toast Mid morning- fruit juice (seasonal) Lunch- dal - rice or khichadi - curd with small katori salad Eve - 1 k sprouts Chaat Dinner - veg soup n salad. That’s totally a sample vegetarian/ eggitarian plan . I don’t know about your health conditions , present weight. So for a better customized diet plan with better and more options kindly contact.
