Smell amonium

Asked for Female, 56 Years

I've been told by my family that I smell different and I can smell my nose smelling like ammonium or something strongly alkaline, I also have some Tanner spots on my forehead and lower back. My teeth also have black spots, not dark, just like I ate charcoal and some residue stayed.
