Do start with self speaking. As you are a student you must be having presentations or even u need to speak about it with your family. So be frank and open up with your family members n talk about your problem. Before doing that you talk to yourself sitting in front of the mirror. U ll gain confidence slowly.
Fear of public speaking is not so much related to the quality of a speech as it is to how the speaker feels, thinks, or acts when faced with speaking in public. There are many reasons why people become afraid when having to speak in public .
