Sore in the shoulder
Sore around the ac joint after performing a bench press exercise. Doesnt hurt unless performing a push/pull movement. Had the injury about a week wondering how to fix it fast so i can workout again. No serious deformities but the acromian bone is a tiny bit higher than the other side.

Rest for couple of days. If it doesnt resolve then get X-ray for your shoulder.
