Hello...I have pain in throat and difficulty in swallowing and cough and had fever yesterday..please help

Hi. Seems to be urti.. Either viral or bacterial it might be Start with plenty of fluids, betadine  gargle, symptomatic treatment. And antibiotics as required

if no relief.. will have to consult physician
