Don worry, u jst need to visit a dentist, somtimes u don need to go to a dentist also as its nt so uncommon and heals on its own and fr tht jst leave it fr few days and don intake ny hot and spicy foods till u feel it as ok which may irritate it n agn u may hav more irritation frm it, if its difficlt fr u to tolerate thn apply mucopain on tht affected sites 2 times a day and leave it for 5 mints aftr u apply, this ll give u temporary relief,
