Sir I hv been diagnosed for bluge disc in l5s1 3 months before. I m doing regular stretches but my upper side of left thigh is numbing and needling and also my left butt. Sir any suggestion I m a sports personal

If you disc bulge was diagnosed on an MRI scan and if you have pain on the same side as the disc bulge, with back and legnpain, it may he coming from the disc. It is difficult to know without seeing the report and examining you. A proper assessment will be needed for further treatment plan
