Static quadriceps
Good evening doctor,I m doing static quadriceps exercise with towel underneath my knee . I wanted to ask whether thigh muscle has be kept tight when I apply knee weight under towel ,.......or I have to keep my thigh normal. Which is more effective ???

Try to keep your thigh normal and put some pressure by pressing over the underneath towel..
