Stomach flu
Sir my son is vomiting often I don't know the reason... Atleast once I. A month he is vomiting and diarrhea that too he is vomiting round morning 5 am...if I check with doctor they're saying itis food poison...can u please clear me it is bcoz of oly food poison or any other thing and if I give vomikind he will become alright...

Try for an early dinner 8 pm After dinner let him not play violently. He should not sleep soon after dinner. Avoid spicy diet. What is tasty for us is spicy for him.

If he vomit you can give vomikind or ondensetron .

If symptoms is prolonged you should consult pediatrician and do sonography and other reports

You can give antiemetic such as ondansetron to control the vomitting as symptomatic management. But, the cause should be evaluated and treated.
