Stone problems
I am taking Himalaya cystone 2 tablets twice daily and after taking it I am having loose motions is it better for me to take more or should I stop it?

stop it if its troublesm.
u cn try odr things like
taking 5 ml apple cidar vinegar with "mother" (mother is fermented apple parts containing good bacteria) n 5ml honey in warm water twice a day ..apart frm gud digestion n weight loss it helps making body medium alkaline which is helpful in dissolving stones try it
