Stress and periods
Hi. I want to know whether stress can delay periods. My date my was on 28th june (given a normal 28-day circle). Last period had started on 1st of June. My periods are regular in general. Presently I'm quite stressed with work. And also because period isn't on time. So, stress isn't decreasing. Please suggest.

Yes in some person stress can delay the period and in some people causes early period. If you are sexually active then do pregnancy test either by urine or blood.Blood test is more reliable and accurate. If negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding.
