I can imagine how difficult things must be for you. Going through a constant gloom where we find it difficult to see the light, happiness and an unpleasant sense of unease. I assure you there is help. Anxiety is our body's natural and necessary response to an attack or a threat. For eg. If the building we are in is on fire and we don't feel anxious, we won't get out as we feel nothing will happen to us and we burn with the building. If we feel anxious to an extent our fight or flight response is activated and we get out of the building maybe even call the fire dept. And after a peak if we are still feeling anxious we become blank, unable to move, unable to get out... No anxiety and extreme anxiety are both dangerous. Very often Depression can cause Anxiety and vice versa.
Next Steps
1. The first step would be to understand what is causing the same. Because until you work on the root cause it may keep coming back. For eg. when we have fever due to stomach infection we can keep taking meds for fever but it keeps coming back. When the stomach infection is treated, you find long term relief. 2. Step 2 is to understand the underlying or hidden thought patterns that is maintaining these. A change in these thought patterns would give you a relief and will show you the positive or the light and would reduce the anxiety. 3. Exercise can really help relieve the energy built up due to "fight or flight" response in the body due to anxiety. And can help you feel more in control and hopeful that may counteract depression. 4. Meditation or Yoga have also been helpful to people. 5. You can also Google about Progressive Muscle Relaxation that has been helpful in curbing the symptoms of Anxiety and Depression.
Health Tips
There are certain things that you can try right now at home to reduce the symptoms but if they don't go hand in hand with therapy they will stop being affective in the long run. Counseling is for day to day concerns and can really help you... Please feel free to receive counseling on Chat or Call from the comfort of your home, without any fear of being judged and feel better, happier.

Hi Mam Thanks for seeking help here. Definitely there are lot of natural methods for treating Depression. Please read it carefully.... It has been proved that serotonin is the primary neurotransmitter, which found to be low in person with depression. So when we enhance serotonin level then it can be all right. In mild to moderate depression the level usually can be normalised by multiple biological methods .... It has been noted that YOGA and exercise were having potential benefits in treating depression with mild low level of serotonin. When we feel depressed be of stressors n interpersonal issues then we need to change the thought process where Cognitive therapy works good .
