Hello! Weight loss requires more effort in women with pcos, you must make sure to consider several factors like food intake, type of exercise, sleep habits, thyroid levels, vitamin deficiencies and correction of hormonal imbalance. Take 3 litres of water daily, avoid rice/milk/roti, take fresh fruits and raw vegetables, indulge in more heavy exercise or yoga , get good sleep and check blood parameters. A detailed assessment is necessary to provide a suitable diet plan and supplement that works.
Next Steps
Consult on practo for further advice
