Sudden dizziness
Today after lunch all of a sudden I felt twisting pain in stomach along with dizziness .I felt like I will puke and will be fainted. After sometime stomach pain and dizziness was reduced.but now am feeling too much weak and uneasyn ess all over and lightness in head also having pain in jaw and neck.please tell me for what reason I may have all these.

cud b dehydration leading to low bp and electrolyte imbalance as long as dere is no any such history previously.
it cn happen due to exhausting work less drinking of water
take plenty of fluid fruits hv proper meal
if weakness persist fr more than a week get a hemogram done n follow up
