Sudden Hand pain
I have been getting this very sudden and occasional pain that extends from the tip of my finger till my elbow in my dominant hand. I find it difficult to move my wrist or grab anything. Its temporary and usually goes away after a day or so, but its getting repititive and im getting concerned.

Hi , considering for your age , the reason for the abnormal pain or could be abnormal sensations which you could be misunderstanding with the pain, there could be deficiencies of vital nutrients in your diet.
