Sudden lower back pain
Hi, I was on my bed I turned to right side then I got this severe sudden lower back pain out of no where IT felt like paralysis. At first I couldn't move at all, complete paralysis. but within half hour I was all good. This attack happened to me years ago if I remember. But my back is all good I'm just 22. Please tell me what are these lower back attacks every 2-3 years?  I'm confused. Is it normal or not.
