Is your Blood pressure normal??...your sleep should be proper .You can take Brahmi vati or tab stresscom...get your eyesight also checked...pls consult for detail history

U can continue brahmi vati n ashvgandarisht for stress n they work very well but as u r saying that ur head rotates so first u have to find out the reason behind that it may be because of gastritis, hypertension, anxiety or something else .it is better diagnosed after proper history .
Ok get ur blood pressure checked.if so then a different medicine may be required.
For anxiety take brahmi tb one twice a day.saarivaadyarista 2 tsf at bedtime is good.
Hello'Ma'am! Don't worry,U can take Brahmi and Ashvagandha 1 each bid as food supplements so don't take stress , avoid Ashwagandharista for long time because it contains little alcohol
