I have little dark patches on my forehead nose and cheek region...looks like a sunburn or a tan...can anyone help me to get rid of it with side effects!!

Meanwhile u can start using a broad spectrum sunscreen with spf 30 over full face to avoid further darkening and consult an dermatologist
