Hi Foods such as watermelon, celery and cucumber, which help the body flush out excess water and reduce the dark, puffy appearance under the eyes. Eat a healthy diet dark green leafy vegetables such as kale, spinach, broccoli sprouts and greens to get rid of deep sunken eyes . For nasolabial lines der is no diet for that you may have to show it to doctor for facial exercise and treatment.
Health Tips
Make sure you sleep well and eat curd before you sleep. Stay fit and healthy.
