Namaskhar. Im 18 year old male. I have been suffering from weakness, less stamina and joint pains everyday. I am living in hostel and eating only rice. So i cant get enough nutrition like vitamins and minerals of daily requirement. SO PLEASE suggest me some supplements to meet my daily requirements of all vitamins and minerals. I want to join gym also. Plz tell which supplements are required to get high bone and muscle strength and stamina
