Hello,
Is there any OTC vitamin-D supplement we can use since sun exposure has been cut down due to covid lockdown?
Also I had vitamin-D deficiency two years ago and was prescribed Tayo 60k once a week for 7 weeks.

Hi
If you have not taken vitamin D supplement from long time than definitely it would be low again.
You can take tayo 60 k again for 2 months
Once in week.
But better check blood parameters to check about dosage.

Hello,
Sunlight exposure is the best source.
However, it is always better to get vitamin d3 checked as it is fat soluble and high levels might cause, toxicity.

Supportive foods as nuts ,are good.
Ksheerabala101 cap two twice a day is good supplement.
Hi!
Vitamin D supplements are available as OTC medication, but the dosage depends on your current vitamin D levels. Please do a blood test to check your current levels , and only then you can take supplements with a valid prescription.
Include milk, ghee, nuts, flax seeds and eggs as a good source of vitamin D, try to get 10 minutes in the sun- preferably before 11 am in the morning.
