Surgery query
I have had an open surgery(midline incision,28 staples)for colon inertia,on 27.03.2019...Why am i still having pain in incision area(especially near navel) while laughing,coughing,sneezing?Is it normal?when will it reduce?I dont take any painkillers...Do I need to wear abdominal belt always or during movements only?

Wear abdominal belt during movements only. See a physiotherapist who knows fascial manipulation, so they can work on scar tissue. Star abdominal exercises under supervision.

To reduce this you need some deep core exercises like deep abdominal muscles training  to support you while these activities which exert pressure around stomach ( coughing ,sneezing). Avoid too much use of belt, as it creates dependency
