If you notice swelling and gaps between front teeth then that might be due to gum infection (gingivitis /periodontitis) commonly due to deposits formed around the teeth. There are many other reasons for gaps between teeth. And if continuously increasing then you need to visit a dentist as early as possible to find out the reason and cure for your problem.
