It occurs in winter ,snow seasons. The lips usually get dried and presents a swollen like feeling. As dryness increases, they crack and give pain, ulceration and sometimes slight bleeding also. Apply Vaseline,/ butter, and wet lips with tongue saliva. It occurs not for everyone, but some people only. Still it's normal and u will get OK as the season changes.
