Swollen tonsil and ear pain.
I am suffering from acidic reflux for last 2 months. Was having pain while swallowing at different points in throat. Now the pain is gone. But having a asymmetrical palate tonsil on left side and ear pain as well. Also the area near the tonsil having little pain and teeth and gum pain as well when drinking cold water. I am a smoker as well. Please help

This doesn’t sound like plain tonsillar problem. May be mild hidden quinsy or not then tonsillitis and the acid reflux has been diagnosed by a doctor. Has to be treated adequately. Smoking and all in any case will aggravate the situation As also ominous needs to be ruled out in view of smoking history
