Ghee is not the only reason of weight gain. A diet high in carbohydrates is the reason of post pregnancy weight gain. Post delivered we need extra calories and protein in diet. But we forget to add those extra calories through Protein we load ourselves with extra fat and carbohydrates results in weight gain. If lactation diet is planed with good Proteins and moderate complex  carbohydrates and good quality protein weight gain never happens and even you are able to feed your little one.
