Implantation totally depends on patients bone condition
Some time implantation is so easy just completed in 15 minutes
If there a bone loss or other underlying problem it may take time
All procedure goes under anaesthesia
U may feel only a little bit pain
But as u mentioned u take blood thinner medicine.its a matter of concern
Ecosprin like tablet cause more blooding during any injury or surgery
