Temperature not decreasing
My 2 year kid is suffering from fever for past 1 and half day. Consulted a paediatrician and giving the medicines. But temperature is not coming back to normal. Always above 99 to 102.5. No effect on paracetamol 250. What to do?

You can use syp.ibugesic 3.5ml 2-3 times a day if paracetamol not helping, keep sponging with normal water . Otherwise review with your pediatrician again or go for blood investigation
