Thin look,Lean mass, easy weight loss
My husband has appropriate weight but is thin and lean. After gymming he has managed to build some physique, but as soon as he leaves the gym, he starts losing the muscles he made. Also, if he doesnt eat for a day, he looks as if he has been fasting for days. He loses the mass faster than he gains. What is the problem and which doctor should we consult. Also we need to fix the diet: vegetarian. Kindly help.
