Thirst and no appetite
I am suffering from unquenchable thirst and loss of appetite since 2 days. It has never happened before. No matter how much water I drink I'm still thirsty.

Causes are eating salty or spicy foods Recent illness strenuous exercise like in gym diarrhea vomiting burns certain prescription medications, including lithium, diuretics, and certain antipsychotics

consume at least 8 glass of water everyday keep yourself hydrated coconut water, buttermilk is also a good remedy
