  4. Throat infection. But it's started.

Hello sir /Madam, I have a sore/itchy throat from yesterday. It always lead to fever. I have taken almox 500 to cure the bacterial infection. Can you please suggest is it a good medicine to treat above issue. I do not have cough but it's started . Thank you
