Thyroid and sugar
I am a diabet and and having hypothyroidism..if I drink one coconut water..is there any problem..plz suggest what are the foods to avoid to control these 2 sugar and hypothyroidism..even using the medication..

Thyroid can not be cured it can be prevented by diet so follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening.

Hello. Coconut water can be taken every 2-3 days, preferably only in the morning along with breakfast. Restrict to half a glass only. It is okay to consume with regards to your thyroid issues and diabetes, as long as your sugars are under control.
