My mother has thyroid 6.5 tsh level and is tremendously gaining weight around 85kgs (height 5.2ft).I stumbled upon a video that said not to consume refined oils as they harm these patients. My question is which fat unsaturated or saturated is to be consumed and apart from coconut oil can I use rice bran oil or cooking olive oil? Is ghee good for obese people coz the videos said otherwise. Thank you in advance. It will be great help from your end.
