Thyroid or pycological
Hello..I'm 29 years old.. I'm suffering from anxiety, insomnia and depression since 2011 ...I have a lab test report of thyroid ..My TSH Level is 0.395 .Is this normal or not.and is this the reason for my problem or I have a pycological disease...How to cure it..Were I want to go now endocrinologist or Phycatrist...Help me out plz

TSH is a screening test. We can interpret it only with T4 and T3 reports. Your TSH is in lower limit of normal. TSH level varies widely within a day. So it is prudent that it should be done in the morning with fasting blood sample.
