Thyroid test - t3 very high, t4 high
My nephew's thyroid test is done. He has bowel movement issues and constipation issues, other than that rest seems ok, height, weight, etc Thyroid Profile -4 ( FT3, FT4, TSH ) Free T3 226* pg/ml 2.5 - 3.9 Free T4 1.42* ng/dL 0.51 - 1.12 TSH-Ultrasensitive 3.56 uIU/mL 0.34 - 5.6 Please let me know what to do? This test was done at around 11/11.30 in the morning, after food.

These values are not matching logically. Consult the Paediatrician first and this child needs thorough clinical examination. He will decide this test should be repeated or not.

Repeat test constipation is due to hypothyroidism and this test does not match that either the test is wrong or u need to visit pediatric endocrinologist
