I have tibia fracture on both the legs, and completed 3 month from the date of surgery. Started to walk slowly now. Drinking beer or alcohol weekly once or twice will it affect my bone growth where the fracture is happened

Smoking has been proven to reduce healing of bones, but alcohol has no such effect, but drinking may increase your chances of fall. So you need to draw the line.
