Tightness in chest
I am facing this problem for more than a year. There is continuous tightness and sometimes pain in my left chest .I don't find any difficulty in doing any kind of physical work. My sugar and cholesterol levels are perfectly fine. My BP was slightly on higher side. I took medicines for that but that also didn't work. Several times I have been to doctors but they tell me there are no chances of any heart related problem as I am in my late 20's only. This is seriously effecting my quality of life. Please Help.

I think you have got musculoskeletal pain, most likely costochondritis.....and pain on left side further leads to anxiety....I don't think there must be any serious issue... But we must rule out any respiratory issues
Next Steps
x-ray chest PA view, ECG, PFT and TMT....
