Hi I understand your frustration of not getting result after trying several things. You need to understand weight loss work on simple formula of balancing your nutrients through out the day. No need to go high protein but make sure to eat complex carbs, proteins, fats and Fiber through out the day in each and every meal. Eat as per you body requirements of body. Don’t over do. Don’t starve don’t skip particular food groups.
