Hi there are simple changes you can make for your skin to look healthy. Include good fats like avocado, oily fishes, nits and seeds. Also drinking three litres of water everyday. Doing exercise for 40 minutes would also help. For detail plan contact me through Practo. Take care.

Cover your face while going out , use good sunscreen lotion, take balance diet do regular exercise for 30-45 min.
