Tobramycin is plain antibiotics drops and has to do nothing with glaucoma. It might be something else ,the information is incomplete. But Any drop containing dexamethasone or any other steroid should not be used by glaucoma suspects. Not even for provocative tests,as it's not safe for glaucoma suspects.
